I am pleased to announce today that Cybervision Inc. and VTC Electronics are now officially operating as one.
Our combination unites two market and technology leaders, VTC Electronics, the long established high-end CCTV supplier with strong devices design capability and manufacturing capacity, and Cybervision, the No. 1 provider of Linux based DVR/NVR and video management system.
Together, we are uniquely positioned to provide industry with the most comprehensive set of solutions available and to extend services to our customers. The resulting product portfolio will include the Cybervision solutions for analog, IP and HD surveillance system, full ranges of cctv cameras, and world wide service channels. The combined company will operate under the name VTC Electronics and be headquartered in Taipei. Cybervision will continue to serve as a brand name of our solution products.

For our clients who formerly worked with Cybervision Inc., you will continue to deal with the same contacts that you always have and can expect the same integration expertise and service. However, you will notice that all communication you receive from us from 1 August, including email, quotes, invoices and other documentation will be branded as VTC Electronics.
